If you enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to your commercial nor independent professional activity (consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, Germany), you are entitled to the following right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to Andeovrag GmbH, Forsthausstraße 10A, Germany. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is crucial or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- For the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
- For the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose current value depends on market fluctuations that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
- For the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
- For the delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- For the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
